  1. 1Open Instagram or Meta Accounts Center.
  2. 2Go to Your information and permissions.
  3. 3Choose Export your information.
  4. 4Select your Instagram profile.
  5. 5Choose Export to device.
  6. 6Set Date range to All time.
  7. 7Set Format to JSON.
  8. 8Choose media quality. Low or Medium is faster; High includes larger media files.
  9. 9Start the export and wait for Instagram to prepare the download.
  10. 10Download the ZIP file and upload it here.
